1. Our Policy

At iamrise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions.

2. Eligibility for Exchange & Return

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The request must be made within **7 days** of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

**Non-returnable items:** Gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

To initiate an exchange or return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@iamrise.com or call us at +213 555 123 456 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the exchange/return. For damaged or defective items, please include clear photos.
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including arranging for pickup or drop-off of the item.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will process the exchange once the original item has been received and inspected. The new item will be shipped to you free of charge. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Returns & Refunds

For returns, once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as store credit or a direct bank transfer within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.
